I must have messed up a setting and now keep getting a blocky or sometimes fuzzy stripe across the mid screen area.
KODI
Win 7 64bit
Acer Aspire Intel Core i5
Intell HD 4000
Any help would be appreciated.

I doubt a Kodi setting would be responsible for something localized to a strip across the screen. If you knock out the hardware acceleration in settings (no DXVA, software only) and see if the gfx hardware chips are messing up. Next test would be to check out the gfx drivers, there was a few issues in the past with Intel.

A debug log, and some screenshots would be helpful to know possible causes as well
