I've just updated from 14.0 to 14.2 and my RSS ticker isn't starting. It is enabled in the skin settings. If I go to the edit feeds page, do not change anything, then exit out, the feeds starts up. After a reboot they're missing again. Everything was working fine in 14.0. Any ideas?
