I am trying to install Kodi v14.2 Helix, but keep getting the following error message "Installer integrity check has failed. Common causes inclyude incomplete download and damaged media. Contact the installer's author to obtain a new copy".

I have downloaded this installer 3 times (with and without my AVG anti-virus program running) all with the same results.

After download, the file size is: 69,445 KB

My OS is Windows 8.1.
Processor: Intel Core i7-5500U CPU @2.40GHz
RAM: 12.0 GB
System: 64-bit

If there is any other information required, please let me know.

I guess you're downloading by following the links on the Download page? if so that directs you to a mirror that's closest to your location and I suppose it's possible that particular mirror has a faulty file on it.

Go the list of mirrors at http://mirrors.xbmc.org/list.html

If you know the mirror you've been directed to for downloading from then select any of the others, if you not sure which one you get directed to then make sure to select a mirror that's not close to your location.
