I have been trying to install some skins today and they are all hanging at 0%. Looking at my logs I can see that its actually timing out connecting to mirrors.kodi.tv... not the mirror it's redirecting to (mirror.gtlib.gatech.edu, which is also pretty slow today).

Opening pages there, like http://mirrors.kodi.tv/list.html and http://mirrors.kodi.tv/mirmon.html have *intermittently* thrown errors or hung during load, leaving a page that's not fully formatted and lacking images.

Pings to mirrors.kodi.tv are timing out, though I am not sure that it ICMP pings even when it's working properly.

Is there something going on with the mirrors site?

After a lot of fiddling around, things started working again. I don't believe I did anything that would have fixed it? Anyway, it's working now, please disregard this this thread.
