My rasp with openelec crashes sometimes while booting up.
The openelec logo is visible.
Internal error: Oops: 5 [#1] PREEMPT ARM (en lot of more tekst i don't know what it tells.)
Connected to the B-Model : micro-sd, transcend USB3 (With kodi) , keyboard dongle, UTP5 cable, hdmi.

Ik can't find the bootlog, is it possible to turn it on?

Most likely a dodgy power supply or too high an overclock.
If you are overclocking then disable it for now and see if the problem stops.
If you have a multimeter then measure the voltage on the board.
Otherwise try a different power supply or a different USB power cable.
