Kodi/XBMC Tech?
#1
Are there professional online techs to help set-up an XBMC/Kodi systems and, if so, can anyone recommend one? I've successfully managed to do most of it myself, but have run into a wall with a specific playback issue (getting my 1080p, 60fps home movies to play at full resolution) and can't seem to resolve it through the forums. Thanks!

Here is all the pertinent info as requested......

OSX Version: 10.10.2
Platform: Mac Mini (Mid 2011)
Processor: 2.3GHz, Intel Core i5
Memory: 8GB 1333MHz DDR3
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 3000 512MB
Version of Kodi: 13.2
Skin: Transparency
Debug log posted at the following URL: http://pastebin.com/u/msedaka

Playback Problems:
Won't playback 1080p 60fps footage correctly. Drops and skips frames. General look is more muted and less crisp than I would expect.

Here's a link to a screenshot with the Codec Info:

Try a nightly build based on Isengard 15 beta - it has a much newer ffmpeg and also a different hardware codec for osx. Report back if it works better (13.2 is pretty outdated by now).

If you have issues with addons or Skins that get migrated from XBMC 13.2, when you upgrade to Kodi do this:

OSX Finder > Go > Go to Folder > ~/Library/Application Support/

Copy and paste this exactly into Finder, including the squiggle at the start:

Code:
~/Library/Application Support/

Rename XBMC folder and then restart Kodi.
