How do I upgrade and have a smooth transition from 14.2 to 15 BETA-2?

I've tried pushing the apk file over adb and it just gave me an error: "obb not yet present please retry later" when opening version 15 BETA-2

Did you rip the apk from google play? Just download it from our download page.

i jus dl it an save to my sd card. put card in box open apk update app an select update from sd n select the kodi orgo to system settings / apps kodi update/ sd card. an viola. if it gives u grief jus un install kodi from apps is sys settings an re instal apk to put it short. good luck
