I think I can use the playercorefactory.xml file to add safari as an external player but I don't know what to put as the application path.

Think i might have found a cydia tweak called openurl that will probably do this.

It just flashes and doesn't switch apps to safari with the should be passed file.

I don't believe iOS has any external player support.

Well could this be something that could get implemented the reason why I'm doing this is because the funimation plugin works with an apple developed media streaming protocol and wanted all the videos to open in safari.
