I spent a lot of time searching for Kodi/XMBC plugin to control Deluge torrent client. I've found this one:

But unfortunately it didn't work with Kodi 14.
So I slightly updated it:
- Updated for Kodi/XBMC v13+
- Fixed errors:

• Add-on is not working if deluge-plugin 'Label' is switched off
  
• Torrent status 'Seeding' is not recognized.
  

- Added Russian and Ukrainian translations
