we asked for the full Debug Log and not you copying two lines out of it.
give the full Debug Log and pastebin.com and provide link and let experts determine what part is important

Reading the wiki, you'll see that 'debug' must be first turned on, and should be recording the failed action and then uploaded to a public paste bin and linked with this thread. But in all probability, as others have eluded, you have a new pr-loaded box with (perhaps a custom modified version of Kodi) with a whole whack of questionable if not outright illegal add-ons and you're looking for support from the official home of Kodi and your debug log is full of Official:Forum rules/Banned add-ons (wiki), and your simple solution of returning the box to the vendor is the best choice and the solution to your issue.

completely wipe your Kodi from the box and start over. You have a lot of banned repositories and add-ons installed. Several of them will cause a lot of harm to your system.
The only supported Kodi version is the one from our website.

The version you installed is likely completely broken.

***MOD EDIT: Removed URL***

Please don't link to this site, as the main reason it even exists violates our forum rules (wiki). I'd rather not drive any traffic to them from kodi.tv. The wiki already has force refresh instructions, in the event that is of any help: http://kodi.wiki/view/Add-on_manager#Force_refresh

wiki needs updating for 15.0 as force refresh doesn't exist any more. Just hit "check for updates"
Apologies Martijn, I should have paid more attention. Bloody useless add-on sites !

This is really really bad news for me,
They installed it for me at that shop where i bought it.

I just understand nothing of it to wipe it or install it again on my box.
Undecided

you bought a box full of piracy providing add-ons. You will get absolutely no help from us.

Additionally that shop is is in violation of our trademark policy.

You are so right that the version is broken, there was another XBMC (13.1) on the box.
I tryed that one, and it has the openweathermap etc, scrapers fully working.

Anyway i will delete all and install from scratch Helix Version 14

Oops. There is a note on the page about v15, but it seems the force refresh section was repeated twice on that page.
