Hey guys,
so I recently had to get a new motherboard as my old one's USB chip took a dive and I could no longer boot into ubuntu. My system setup is as follows:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4GHz
RAM: 4GB DDR2
Video: Nvidia GeForce GTX 750
Video Drivers:Nvidia 352.21
OS: Ubuntu 15.02 64bit
Kodi: Helix 14.2
Since I installed a new mobo, i figured it was time for a fresh OS install. I've found that Kodi crashes my PC quite easily, especially when attempting to update my library. I thought it was maybe my video drivers so i switched from the drivers of the default install to the newest nvidia drivers but that didn't help.
I've had no other issues with this new mobo/setup except for with Kodi. the logs can be found here of a crash while updating the library:
