Maybe its a Liquidation sale.

The only issue about AMLogic S812(H) SoC so far is no 10-bit HEVC playback at all. A lot of anime content and DVB UHD channels from Satellite are in 10-bit HEVC. HDMI is 1.4b and and 4K@30fps only possible, netflix, hulu SD only and no Amazon Video as no Microsoft Playready.

If it is real offer, then it is great price

I got caught out on something similar 2 months ago looked like the bargain of the century but turned out to be a fraud listing probably a hijacked account. Got refund from eBay fairly quickly.
This listing looks to have same scenario limited and dated feedback is suspect.
Was going to buy but decided to let it pass.
Hope that it is genuine for op but little downside with eBays refund policy
