ok im only new to this forum posting thing so sorry for my ignorance.
ive been using kodi and xbmc for some time now.
all of a sudden the movies wont load
and if they do they take a good 5-10 to actually start working
im after some basic instructions on how to fix this problem
i have unistalle both programs and tried to update and reinstall it didnt help.

You'll need to post a debug log. The wiki can show you how.

When you post it, also describe your setup...hardware, network connection type, where/how movies are stored, etc.

Also, since you are using windows, try to open those movies with another player like VLC & see what happens.
