If you look at the real time bitrate from VLC, sometimes it reaches 120Mbps so I was not wrong.

Errm, whats the point of showing a YouTube clip of a device playing 4K when connected via Ethernet in a "Best WiFi" thread ?

That goes without saying, and is true for all videos.
I just tested the same file and it never went over 105Mbps (monitored in real time on my NAS). It also played fine over wi-fi using 5GHz 802.11AC on my Shield ATV.

It should, it's a 2x2 AC MIMO wifi.
