Also i am pretty sure if apple sees this it will be taken down. Only apple is allowed to distribute ios toolchains. That service is against apple laws.

They don't distrubute the toolchain it just takes the toolchain from a real Mac and makes it windows ready. There is a clause in the agreement that allows developers to do such just without distributuion of anything that isn't open sourced.

then read that clause. Its for private usage - they deliver it precompiled for windows to a wider mass and even want money for some features. Its a grey zone at max imo.
Making something available for a brider mass is distribution isn't it?
