As per subject, I am trying to find a PC, ideally barebones rather than case + components, that I can have two 3.5 inch disks in, not fussed if it has disk or OS already but needs spdif.

Any tips?

Get a 2-Bay Diskless NAS enclosure, add your drives, buy a Chromebox, Pi2, Zotac BI320, AFTV or the HP Stream mini.

Thanks for the input but that's not what I want, I have an 8 disk server setup already, this is a specific reqt. for a different box
