I'm running Windows 7 on my server with WMC using a Infinitv6 tuner. That's all configured except the channel data will not download. However I have a raspberry pi as a client running Kodi (osmc). I've connected the pvr add-on wmc-pvr the client sees the host. The issue is that I see all the tuners in the Tuners tab. All of them are highlighted red and under status they show streaming. I've seen tutorial where the status is supposed to be available. I don't know if this the cause WMC not downloading the channel data.

How do I troubleshoot?
Does anyone have a solution?

You need to get wmc working before serverwmc/kodi will work - so this channel problem really needs to get hammered out first. You should be able to get help on this online or using the greenbutton forums

That is confusing about the tuner status though. View the tuner status in serverwmc and then post the serverwmc log on pastebin.com and put a link to it here. You can find the serverwmc log by going to the debug tab in serverwmc.
