When tried to export fanart and posters and overwrite the fanart and posters scraped by media companion it only exported posters in this resolution 720*480, could you please add export function in original resolution or so?

We don't store the images in the original resolution so we also can't export them in the original resolution. But you can control the size of the cached images through advancedsettings. See http://kodi.wiki/view/Advancedsettings.xml#imageres for details on how to do that. But that will also affect the size of the images in your local cache so the local cache will become bigger.
