Hi All,

I am new to Kodi so please forgive me if I am missing something simple here...

I've got Kodi installed on my Win 8 system and have setup all the Web Interface, remote access etc....

When I go to another PC and enter my IP/Port I do get the Chorus interface and can see the TV shows that I've got in my library.

I select "Local", then select a show, click the "Stream" tab.

I have installed VLC player.

It doesn't matter if I try to play via VLC or HTML5 ... I get a video window but nothing ever plays.
If I try to play the same show on the Kodi PC via Kodi it works so I know the show is available.

I've tried in both Chrome and Firefox with no luck.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

It all depends on the browser and codec used, for best results use Chrome and mp4 video with 2 channel audio
