Since upgrading to Isengard Release 15.0 my video playback of VIDEO_TS.IFO files is failing with an NFS error "NFS: Read failed with NFS3ERR_ISDIR(-21)".
debug log

I use a mysql db to have a consistent library across 4 different Kodi installs on different PCs.
This machine was able to play these movies fine prior to the Isengard update.
The other Kodi installs are currently Helix 14.2 and play fine without any issues and are a combination of Linux (Debian) and Windows 8.1

I found one other report of a similar issue from 2012 but no solution indicated on the thread.

Machine is running Windows 8.1 Pro with Media Center
Processor: Intel Core i7-2600k
16Gb of memory

ok. even stranger.
I decided to re-add the source directory via the files menu even though it seemed to be fine and was working for any Bluray playback. I also excluded the #recycle directory (from the Synology NAS I use to host the media).

When I add back the source (not changing anything, just reselecting the same NFS Share) I can play back the movies.
if I exit Kodi and then restart Kodi, the movies fail to play again.

Going through the same process of reselecting the NFS Share for the Movie folder results and I can play the movies again.

Any ideas?
