Essentially its a In progress entry to give access to this node in Confluence skin that can be implemented in Kodi source.
I added this https://github.com/uNiversaI/kodi/tree/inprogress and made a Pull request -> https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/4469
That idea was turned down immediately due to the way its implemented and because a user may do something and break it and eventually closed the PR, it works a treat and as intended though as I use it and find it very useful to have there in general I think many people would benefit form this entry being there.
Because of the reason(s) quoted for not being accepted a better alternative would be to implement it as a hardcoded node but alas I dont know c++ at all to even try to get this done hence this request.
