EPG shows TV Show Posters, not Channel Logos
#1
I recently changed tv guide providers to one that includes metadata in the xmltv file. Now the EPG grid-view shows TV show fanart instead of the channel logo. Oddly, the info bar used while viewing a channel still uses the channel logo. Is there a way I can revert back to only showing channel logos in the EPG?

I'm not sure where this issue exists -- whether it's a Kodi issue, PVR issue or skin issue. If I narrow it down I'll post in the appropriate sub-forum.

The relevant details of my setup are:
Kodi Version: OpenELEC 5.95.3
PVR Service: IPTVSimple 1.9.6
Skin: ReFocus 2.0.10

It sounds like a skin issue. How does it look with Confluence?

I think you're right. Thanks.

Confluence actually shows both the channel logo and TV show posters in the EPG grid view. The channel logo sits next to the channel name on the left side of the grid. The TV show poster sits to the left of the information box on the bottom of the screen. Refocus only uses the spot next to the information box.

I'll repost this thread in the ReFocus sub-forum. Too bad Jeroen is currently missing in action... Sad

Since it seems to work in Confluence you should probably ask the creator of ReFocus.
