Having an issue while playing videos. Occasionally while watching a video, the image freezes and subtitles continue. I cant force quit kodi or switch apps as I cant gain focus on the desktop, so I have to ctrl alt delete to log off my windows account then log back in which force closes everything.

Im running Kodi 15 Isengard on an Intel NUC i3 with Win8.1. Videos are stored on a nas on the network via samba. Ive had this issue with older versions of kodi before. Non repeatable.

Have attached log, problem happened at 23.06.05. No crash log appears in folder

You actually need to turn on the debug log for it to contain any useful trouble shooting info
Also post stacktrace file if there is one

Is there a way to have the onscreen information to be invisible while debug is on? My problem is random and not frequent but I use Kodi all the time.

Yes, create advancedsettings.xml

Press Windows key + R key:
Copy and paste command: %appdata%\Kodi\userdata\
Press Enter of click OK
