with 15.1-RC1 version Kodi works perfect for me, for now it doesn't freeze. I stopped the service and Kodi works, no freezes.

Suppose manül can close the issue then. I would still try with a sleep in PVR API calls whether the KODI PVR core can really cope with longer blocking times.
