Supported hardware (wiki) unless you have had it running in the past and are sure you have the hardware requirement. Then it would be a matter of Troubleshooting (wiki) and a debug log posted to a pastebin and connected to this thread.
Most of these failure to run off the top are failure of the gfx hardware.
