Hello,
I'm using Kodi with latest openelec release on my ASROCK HTPC (ION)
When playing a video, commands functions are not displayed when moving the mouse over... so I cant control my playback and/or change audio/subtitles settings.
I don't know if it is a Kodi or OE issue, but it is very annoying
Any ideas?

First idea: No Debug Log - no issue.

Either the mouse is not detected, or you have a custom keymap installed which disabled the mouse movement during video fullscreen playback.
