Freshly installed Kodi v15. I went into Kodi System---->Setting---->TV---->General and put a dot on Enabled. Exit out from Kodi and restart Kodi. I even enable PVR IPTV Simple Client. I do not see TV on main home screen. Am I missing something? in Kodi v14+, it show TV on main home screen after enabled. Skin is Confluence

Please help/

If IPTV Simple Client doesn't have a valid playlist to load channels from, then the option will not show up on the main menu.
