Linux Kodi 15 lags on Kubuntu
#1
Hello everyone !

After update to Kodi 15 from 14.2 on Kubuntu 14.04, this app has started slow down/lags/etc. (a I have no idea how to describe this issue) on the level of skin/browsing medias after watching tv show/movie/you tube clip. Clarifying, until I open any material, Kodi behavior is fine - everything, like browsing movies, works fine/smoothly, but after open any video file, Kodi starts retard and high use CPU. I have to tell, that independently from skin/browsing bahavior, videos plays fine. This issue is so annoying and uncomfortable, especially as often I can't shout down Kodi, because this lags prevent this.

Maybe someone met with a similar problem and can help me ?

The important part (the startup of kodi) is missing. Please post a full Debug Log

It isn't so easy - mostly paste type services have limitations Wink

That's the reason. We don't support fglrx at all. Uninstall it and return with the OSS drivers, please.

No idea - I really don't know why AMD breaks software with newer drivers :-( trying to find this out since several years.
