Can't update or install add-ons.
#1
For a while now I have been able to update or install new addons unless I do it manually. Could be since moving the 15.0. Can somebody please look at my debug log and tell me why?

I turned debugging on, shutdown Kodi, started Kodi, went to add-ons, tried to update 'Version Check' then went install 'Dailymotion' video add-on and then shutdown.

Here is the debug log:

EDIT:

Other devices in the house install and update fine.

you are using many, many banned repositories all screwing up your system.
That's like voluntary installing spyware or ransomware

I didn't realize I was using any banned ones, never knew there was 'banned' ones to be honest. I've had a lot of them on there for years.

I've removed all repositories. I've ran anti-malware bytes. Found a few things and removed them. Now what?

i don't see any errors in the log.
there's no trace of you trying to install versioncheck/dailymotion in that log either.

I tried it again:

I let it start up, it populated PVR Channels, went to settings, update 'version check' and then tried to install 'dailymotion' and then shutdown.

maybe your addon database is corrupt...

quit kodi, then delete this file:
C:\Users\HTPC Living Room\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\userdata\Database\Addons19.db

hopefully that will fix your issue.

Tried that but didn't change anything. I then deleted all the old Addons.db's and that fixed it.
Thanks
