So does anyone know what kind of HTML and JAVA handling capabilities KODI has, and whether or not it supports cookies??

I have a plugin written that is merely audio. it goes in gets the streams, and plays it in KODI.
I am an administrator for the site, but not the owner. So im always coding for the page. I wanted to reach into the KODI audience with my plugin, but i have a curoiusity.
Since our page is completely free, and payed for by our sponsers. like google adsense and what have you. is it possible to process html and java, so i can execute the scripts that get us payed??
That way when people open the plugin, we get a hit for our website without actually opening a browser window. if it all possible I'd like to render a rudimentary form of the page in Kodi. something like a mobile version. But all i want to appear is the Banner, maybe a login, possibly the chat, and the RSS feed.
I'm sure i could just get Kodi to open a browser window with the page in it, but i don't wanna do that. that's too spammy, and will piss people off. I'd rather just render elements of our page inside KODI, and execute our adsense scripts, so we can get funding everytime someone opens the plugin.
I don't want it to intefere with the user experience. they open the plugin, hear the stream, see some website elements in the background, the adsense scripts run passively, and the user doesn't have to interact with anything if they don't want, but we can still rack up hits for people viewing our page.
any clues, directions, or knowledge of how to do that, or if KODI is even remotely capable of processing HTML and Java??
