Posted this in the Kodi 15.1rc thread, but it might just be a tvheadend issue so I share it here:
Just made a clean install of Kodi 15.1rc and got strange channel switching in PVR, with TVHeadend backend.
When I switch channel I first got a few seconds sound of the new channel, showing the latest frame of the previeus channel, and then i get image of the channel.
Tested on a clean machine with Windows 8 and clean install of Kodi 15.0 and Kodi 15.1rc1.
You can see the differences in zapping in the next two video's, first is 15.0 second is 15.1 rc1.

Fixed by disableing dxva2 in videosettings.
