Audio sync issues
#1
Hi,

since switching to Isengard I experience audio sync issues.
I often have to set audio offset to around -0.150s to synchronize it again to the video.

Do you guys see similar issues with the new release?
Is there any setting I could try to solve this?
I have been using XBMC/kodi for several years now, but this is the first time I see this.
Thanks.

Switched back to 14.2 (from 15.1).
A/V sync method: Audio Clock

No problems anymore.

I don't know what exactly the problem is, but I would appreciate it, if the developers would switch back to the old A/V sync methods.

The User should be able to make their own choice on this, so I second your request.
I have a problem with stuttering video from time to time, discontinuities in the log file for the audio. With this settings I can solve this problem.
I'm also reverted to 14.2 cause of audio out of sync and other Problems in 15.x

I have also noticed that issue from 15 beta 1 all the way to 15.1. At first I just noticed the delay in starting the audio any time a file is started / resumed. I tried to ignore that and started noticing sync issues. I also went back to 14.2.

Will this be fixed in version 15.2?
Did anybody try the 15.2 Release Candidate?
