Can someone please fix the vk plugin or help with a alternative

Im trying to play videos from my vk.com account but the plugin is broken. This is what i get when i try to play a video
When i click on the video link like shown above it opens chrome and plays the mp4 video from vk.com in my browser (not in kodi).
*Alternative method*
I have a wordpress site that has almost the same theme and setup from xmovies8. How can i mod the plugin so it plays vk.com or neodrive.co videos? The original xmovies8 addon plays only megavideo links.
Im looking for this so i can share some urban/hiphop/rap scene stuff with my friends and have the files hosted preferably on vk.com (neodrive as alternative) Im not a coder so for me that would be the fastst and most easy way to organize/play and even convert the stuff i wish to share.
