Is Aeon MQ5 user data compatible between Windows version and Openelec versions.

Have been running Kodi Windows 8.1 Aeon MQ5 for months.

Decided to try Openelec and so far find it better for me (I don't PVR). Would like all my watched and favorites back. Is the userdata folder compatible?

I beleive that these things are not skin part of the skin in anyway, but the anwer ultimatly is a not, but with some reservations. you can probaly copy it over and something will work, but all of your media is at a diffferent path (unless its on a seperate NAS and you know its the same) and other things will have a hardtime working.
for watchedstatus you have a few options, 1 is follow this link http://kodi.wiki/view/Import-export_library
or two use the Trakt plugin and sync between the two
