Currently chapters are loaded in the bookmarks window however the bookmark window has the bookmark add/remove buttons etc and doesn't have a title to suit the new feature extension.

To rename the window I proposed https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/7342 which was denied because for some reason this should be handled in core. (I cant see why it was refused until something better would be done)

So this request is two fold, to have a bookmark and chapter windows titles set in core and some condition that allows enabling either bookmarks or chapters windows so you dont have bookmarks add/remove buttons in the chapter window.

OSD selection would probably Go something like the following mock.

Personally, I wouldn't split them. "Bookmarks" are really just user-defined chapters. If anything, I would like to see the two more merged via their action IDs that go to next chapter or next bookmark.

I only mention spliting because this way it is much cleaner and simpler visually, as you see straight away what is a bookmark and what is a chapter and the dialogs would look cleaner also when displaying the respective content like this without confusing things.

However I would be happy if https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/7342 was translated to core as it was mentioned, since I cant actually do the C++ for this myself else I would PR a solution.

Anything else would be a bonus.
