Win after Windows 10 update no MKV video

After I updated my pc to Windows 10 with kodi I wasn't able to play any mkv videos that they worked fine on Windows 8.1.
Same hardware, same Kodi, only updated os.
As a last chance I formated the pc and I installed everything new without resolve the problems...

It might help if you posted a log file (http://kodi.wiki/view/Log_file/Advanced#Log_files)
I think all righthtinking people in this country are sick and tired of being told that ordinary, decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired.

The problem affect the MVK and the MP4 video files.
if I open the files through VLC they works fine without any problems.

That's not a debug log, see PH-SYM links, please don't post in-line - use one of the many pastebin sites and post link to it here. Finally, don't post partial logs - full log only.
