Hi i recently bought a keyboard from microsoft and most keys work on it but the volume up/down and mute dont work in kodi.
I have the latest (updated 24/8) kodibuntu release with isengard kodi. The buttons work in lbuntu once I installed xbindkeys so the keyboard works.

However in kodi they dont, so I enabled the the debugger to look for key pressings and pressed those multimedia buttons several times just before shutting off. However they dont even show up inte the kodi.log, all my other keyboard inputs are there e.g. left, right, s and enter.

So is this a specific part of the kodi input drivers missing? Can i do something myself or maybe this can be included in the next release?
Ive been numerous guides to setup up custom keys and such but since kodi doesnt even give a keycode to add its kinda har to do anything

Solved: I needed to log in to kodi itself from start, not start it from lubuntu. That fixed it.
