My friend bought an Android Rocam Q TV Box and every time we turn it on, it will say kodi 14.2 and then the screen will go black and nothing appears after that. We even reset the box. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Try uninstalling Kodi and then install a fresh v15 copy from Google Play.
