Hello,

Kodi has recently begun opening in a 1/4 screen window when I turn on my soundbar/tv to see the display. The window has no borders and behaves exactly as if it was full screen (having to tab out to desktop, etc.). The only methods to bring the window back to fullscreen are:
-play a video (window resizes to fullscreen, even if I stop the playback)
-close/re-open kodi




I'm running windows 10
Kodi 15.2 - it began halfway through the "lifecycle" of 15.1 and continues through 15.2

Sounds like lack of EIDE handshaking on one side, either keep the display on, or try the pin 19 trick http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=158432

It's a Kodi only issue with me. I never had the problem with XBMC releases. So far every release of Kodi is causing that issue with my setup.
