What is the advised id range for addons containing builtin skins?

According to (http://kodi.wiki/view/Add-on_structure) :

strings 30000 thru 30999 reserved for plugins and plugin settings
strings 31000 thru 31999 reserved for skins
strings 32000 thru 32999 reserved for scripts
strings 33000 thru 33999 reserved for common strings used in add-ons

So consider the following cases:

1) A script containing a custom skin:
- I assume the labels for the settings of the script should fall into the 32000-32999 category? And the id's of the skin ? 31000 - 31999 , 33000 - 33999 or 31000 - 31999 ?

Any hints appreciated. It is a pain if one has to change all the id's after a refused submission to the repository,

Script with custom skin would still be under script ids IMO... But in all honesty as long as you create unique Id names you are safe in any range.
