I want to change skin from default confluence but it is failed. And I have similar trouble at other Add-ons. Same situation after re-install OS and Kodi.
Please give a help or advice to me.

Detail of the trouble

The following trouble happens at add-ons from Kodi Add-on repository
(Of course I didn't try all Add-ons but I think other Add-ons are same situation to me.)

1) Skin installation is failed.
2) Most of Add-ons (not only skin) are also failed to install.
Error message in GUI
- failed to install a dependency
or
- install failed
3) Only a few Add-on is installed and get enabled. ex) Met Office
4) Service version check updating is failed.

These trouble happens in case of Kodi 15.1 Isengard and lubuntu 15.04.
At before, I used lubuntu 14.04 and Kodi 14.2 Helix with same hardware and there are no trouble such as the above.
(No back-up. And I am not friendly to install older version in linux system.)

I am not using any proxy of some kind.
Only connecting from my PC to web via switching hub and router.

Try this, disconnect switch hub, and try a direct connection with router. Hub might be filtering part of web connection.

Sadly I don't have any knowledge about vpn.

I have found to be able to get Skin and version-check update just now.
Someone in Kodi-team fixed or modified?
I don't know what's happening, but many thanks.
