I have read a guide at here http://kodi.wiki/view/Submitting_Add-ons.
I sent mail to [email protected] and my addon appear at http://sourceforge.net/p/xbmc/mailman/message/34358276/
But my addon does not appear at addons.kodi.tv. Did I do something wrong?

Just resend that email, seems like it got overlooked somehow.

Also you'll need english descriptions and/or limit the addon to your language.
