[Kodependent]

I'm running 15.1 and no matter what I do, or what video I am playing back, the minimum amount I can get the video to skip forward or backward is 30 seconds. That's even with the default +/-10sec enabled in the GUI. I have even tried creating the advancedsettings.xml file and adjusting the skip step times there. I made a 7, 15, and 30sec steps, but still it will always skip at least 30 seconds. I can seek at multiple speeds just fine or jump ahead at higher increments and adaptive seeking and all that, just not under 30sec. Very frustrating for fine control when I just want to advance or especially rewind just a bit.

Anyone have any ideas what might be causing this? Running this on my MSI GT-70 laptop outputing to my TV via HDMI and all content playback via NAS over ethernet.
