In the retired Windows Media Center, it can switch b/w full screen and window mode on the fly.

In the Kodi settings, I can choose to run full screen or window mode. But it does not appear to allow me to switch on the fly -- for example, maximize the window will make it run in full screen.

Is there any setting for that?

The backslash button is a shortcut for switching between full screen/windowed
