I am looking for any Android TV box(like MXQ, MX2) that has RF instead of IR remote control. Does anyone know ?

Just use any box with a USB port, and then add the remote. The ones that come with an RF remote are normally just using an internal USB port with an RF dongle (sometimes an actual port, sometimes soldered on).
