Hello I'm a new user for Kodi, my girl friend is french and she really wants Tele Fr because it has the channel TVA, that's what I am really after. there are some shows she REALLY needs on that channel...

The Tele FR addon was shut down quite some time ago. There are some other addons that have some French language channel support but not here on kodi.org (as far as I know). You will need to find these on alternative forums.

Also, there are specific French language Kodi forums too, which might be helpful.
