When I use streaming apps like amazon I always have a blurred line at the bottom.

With youtube or local media this doesn't happen.

I run Kodi 15.1 Git:2015-08-22-234ccf8 (compiled: Aug 22 2015) on my Android TV (Philips 9109).

That's tearing. Kodi has a setting to set fake fullscreen. Thats most of the time the solution

I don't find this option.
I searched for tearing and found in video output vertical blank sync - eliminate vertical tearing. This is set to Always enabled. I disabled it but no change.
