For a while I thought it was just because the disks were mounted by Udev/Udisks, but since I now actually got to mount them via FStab and they still show up, that's not the solution...

I don't think you actually understand what my issue is, sorry.

If you cant make the disks look internal to Kodi mounting them via fstab then there is no solution to your problem.

Or maybe then you arent explaining yourself clearly enough.
