you need at least one adsp addon before you can test those dialogs.
they are hosted here: https://github.com/kodi-adsp/ in case you can/want to compile them yourself.
if not, and you happen to use windows, you can give this kodi build a shot:

Did you get it to work?
I tried installing the Windows build from ronie's post, but the ADSP add-ons doesn't work for me in that version either.
I skinned DialogAudioDSPManager.xml, but DialogAudioDSPSettings.xml will have to wait for now.

I had a really hard time skinning the DialogAudioDSPManager.xml window. Apparently the lists with id="20" and id="21" require a <pagecontrol>-tag. If both lists do not have a pagecontrol, the lists in the window aren't filled with the correct items.
