there is no live tv support in plex server. there is a plugin channel for EyeTV, but that isnt a very good solution as it is limited in several ways due to the nature of plex plugins.

If you can get PMS and TvHeadend server running there is. Once you have that done, I'll help you with the channel setup. Just so you know though, you'll need to be a plex pass subscriber to share your channel library with anyone else. Regardess, you'll be able to see your ota channel streams when logged into plex.
